Quality Managment System - ISO  9001:2008

At last we've done it! On the 27th May 2011 we received our accreditation

Our dream for nine years has been accomplished. During the last nine months Ken has been quite busy developing this system. He has built a great database module which links into the Integrity Database. With help from Carly (now back in the USA) and the rest of the staff here at Integrity Care (SA) we have a system to be proud of. We have had a complete overhaul of all our policies / procedures and processes and file managment system. It's an easy system to use and the office staff really like and use it.

 The Last 12 Months....

So much has happened within the last twelve months. We moved into our new buildiung at 10 Newton Rd Campbelltown, seen some new staff changes. Elio has come to be our paymaster and invoicing, Gail has come to be our Data processor, Lisa is now the Bussiness Manager and we have welcomed many new staff memembers.

 Fo a period of time (12 months) Carly came to join us from California. Carly is our sons great friend.. She was an excellent worker and did much to help us here. She was responible for help with the ISO accrediation and was  Lynettes PA. As Carly was only allowed 12 months here in Australia, both her and our son Aaron left in January to return to the USA. We really miss Carly and hope that one day she might come back here. Nothing was a bother to her and she fitted so well into our team here.

Gail came to us as our assistant coordiator. Gail loves working here within the office team. Debra is still our senior coordinator, Tatiana our current assistant accountant. Sandra does much our our data processing,so we have a great team and they are doing a great job.
